I know she is looking bigger but coming off drugs would probably do that.
There are several pieces that can be considered.
1) Jack and Hurley clearly haven't seen each other since the "rescue". It's long enough that Hurley seems to have thought that he'd never see Jack again, but not so long that they've lost familiarity.
a) I found it interesting that neither of them talked about any of the other 6. Obviously they have to disguise the ones that are still unknown, but they could have mentioned Kate? "Have you talked to Kate?"
2) Jack and Hurley talk about the fame - it seems to have died down, but Jack still "has to sign a few autographs when [he goes] out for coffee" (can't remember the exact wording).
3) Jack seems to think that it hasn't been long enough to prove that Hurley will keep the secret.
4) Hurley is being tortured by visions of Charlie - enough that he's at the point where he wants to be considered insane.
5) Michael Abaddon has just now taken the opportunity to contact Hurley. We don't know whether or not Hurley is the first one to be contacted.
6) Jack still seems to have things together, and has no beard - doesn't help date Hurley's flashforward, but possibly helps date Jack's.
Based on this, I'd say Hurley's flashforward is somewhere between 2 and 6 weeks after the "rescue".
Subbing
They've had new episodes on the site as early as 11:00 p.m. Pacific Time, but I don't know how consistent that is.What does that mean?
I won't be able to see the episode until ABC has it on their website because I have to go to something for a class on Thursday night. Does anyone know what time ABC puts up the new episodes? I know it's on Friday, but I'm not sure of the time.

I think migraines are going around tonight.duh. I could have figured that out myself. Then again, I have a bad migraine right now, so it's hard to even think straight
