depends how you define fun.. to some people, fun is reading a book, to others its being out on a walk, while others invent creative ways to use their time.. It depends on you and God essentially.. Maybe try and have a picnic with some of your church members and have fellowship and I dunno- bird watching?
Its kinda hard when you're the only one. When theres a group, there are a lot more options. My personal favourite is doing a music jam session with some of my friends, or helping out with pathfinders or something. But others might not find that as enjoyable..

Hey there Ttreg, how you doin? I also am the only Adventist in my home/family. It is a difficult situation to be in but what i usually do on the Sabbath, is spend the time with my fellow church members. We have a youth department so we normally discuss issues regarding youth and we play spiritual games or sing. We visit the sick, homeless etc. Its really fun because at the same time you're doing the Lord's work. We also have a feeding program, where we feed the homless and poor. As much as it is fun, it also gives you a feeling of contentment because you are serving God with all that you are. If your church does not have an afternoon program discuss it with your youth leader or pastor and try and form a group in which the youth can excerise their dicretion in helping others and taking the gospel of Christ to the youth. I stress the term "youth" but it also applies to people who have never been given the opportunity to work for or know Jesus. Take care.
