I thought I would post here to hear everyones thoughts. I once heard related to end time prophecy that Jesus said "The generation that see's these things shall not parish till all things be fulfilled".

I heard teaching before on this that when He gave the parable of the fig tree that He spoke of Isreal becoming a nation again. What are your thoughts?

If He WAS talking about the generation that seen Isreal become a nation then that means we have 1 year left till the start of tribulation since that is the end of that generation.

matt 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer [is] nigh: 33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, [even] at the doors. 34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

Seems to me that he is talking about the things he has just talked about in the rest of Matt 24. He says all these things not this thing.

false christs, false teachers decieving many, wars, rumors of wars, famines, pestilences and earthquakes. False prophets, lawlessness, great signs and wonders etc etc.

False teachers, False "gods", False anything that compromises God's words, aren't of God.

Only God knows when the world will end.
