Encourage The Person Above You Game

This is just like the "describe the person above you" game. But in this one, instead of saying something you know about them say something that would be a word of encouragement to them. It may be a scripture or just something that comes from your heart to encourage them. Even if you don't know anything about them. Just a little word of encouragement can go a long way.

Since I'm the first to start and technically there is no one above me. . .I'll start by saying how much I appreciate our Web Master Erwin and all the hard work he's put into this site. It is a great blessing and a lot of fun. Thanks Erwin.
