What does it cost to go onto the internet in "peak" day time. It's quite expensive here in SA - unless you are on a dedicted work server or similar.

It doesn't cost me anything to go on line where I am I just pay 50p for a years membership and thats it!

At home we pay R39 per month (about $7 / 4 Euro) plus the cost of a local telephone call (which is about 40c a minute). And the bandwidth is really low!


So not very econmical at present. Our telcom company is having a lot of pressure on it at present - but has just posted a HUGE profit.
