Well, the OP challenges us to answer creationism with words; and I feel I have met that challenge.

They needed to feed the ignorant the words, the ignorant being ignorant were unable to understand the meaning of the words so just accepted them, they then started relieving the ignorant of their money, underhand at first but now it's all open and above board and creationists expect to be relieved of their money, it's the price creationists know they must pay to even have a chance.

I think it can safely be said that creationists are people who do not get out a lot unless it's with other creationists,

Neither did God really, it's an illusion of sacrifice. We're essentially talking about God incarnate not God's child, can God be killed? Does he lose anything if you kill his Earthly avatar? Its really akin to any of these men sending thier son to certain death and then giving the ultimatum that they must worship that son or be killed. Its really not noble or just or kind at all.

God could have chosen any sacrifice to be sufficient. he chose his son to die. Not very kind if you ask me. Its also not very meaningful as is said above. He is his son, which basically makes the words meaningless. What was the sacrifice? what was lost? did god loose his son? did he loose a part of himself? not really. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtin
