Maybe by a fraction of a nanosecond over the course of an entire lifetime maybe, the difference might not even be measurable by us it would be so small, but when we are talking about near the speeds of light, that's when the difference becomes actually measurable, to significantly measurable, etc. They'd be the same age. But we'd all be older.
Here's a curly one. Ifyou have a twin brother and he has a ground floor apartment then get one on the second floor. Because the earth is spinning and you'll be further from the centre, you'll be travelling faster than him so will age slower.
Strong gravitational pulls work the same way, only becomes measurable when your really, really close to a very, very strong one, but gravitational forces, or g's, are also present in acceleration also, but we'd probably be dead past so many g's, etc. Limitations of the physical, etc.
Infinite mass and all of that also, etc.
