CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

My husband and I LOVE this show!! We very seldom watch TV unless it's a St. Louis Cardinals game ( go cards!) but we have become addicted to Eli Stone! Even our kids know they have to be quiet during the hour it's on!

So what did you think of the season finale? I was extremely tired and so I dozed for a little bit 
but I thought it was really good! I might watch it again at abc.com tomorrow to catch any thing I might have missed!!

I started watching it because I'd heard John Billingsley (the actor who played Phlox from Star Trek:Enterprise) was going to guest star on it. So I tuned in a few episodes early and I must say I really liked it. That's how I often get introduced to a new show or a movie I might not normally have watched. I tune in because an actor I like is guest starring in it.
