Really? In the era of Kavanaugh amongst other incidents you think we cannot find sentiment within the courts? There are people in those courtrooms. What makes you so sure they will side with you?

Keep forgetting that. The Democrats have slighted, and marginalized a lot of people. How you think things like that do not affect judgments is beyond me... Go into a court with exonerating evidence but jeer at the judge. Call him names and flip him off. See what happens.

Those were facts. I don't have any evidence the future Justice engaged in drunken sexual assaults after his teen years. During them, well that's a different story. You may not believe the claims, but I do.

It means every bit as much as your claim that the Democrats have been trying to remove Trump. The point remains, courts require evidence -- the cases of the Trump campaign so far have merely offered conjecture, not evidence, which is why they've consistently lost these cases.

There is evidence. The argument... or rather belief is that the courts will refute it with as much conviction as others supporting Biden has.

There hasn't been so far. Hearsay and "evidence" based on "statistical improbabilities" don't stand up in court, where judges require hard facts. Worse, much of the evidence even turns out to be false, as I've pointed out with the list of Nevada "illegal voters" -- which has a large number of military and their family who voted legally.

There is proof all over the place. In data trends, algorithms, software that monitors for fraud, affidavits, testimonies, video footage.... Plenty.... plenty, plenty, plenty.
