Republican Gubernatorial candidate Larry Elder's website appears to claim that Gov. Newsom won the election but that it was fraudulent, even though voting doesn't officially occur until tomorrow (though many mail in ballots have been cast) and the votes have not yet been counted.

To quote from the website: "statistical analyses used to detect fraud in elections held in 3rd-world nations" have determined there was fraud in the California election -- which is odd since (unless they are the ones that perpetrated the fraud) the votes haven't been counted or results released, meaning that no statistical analysis could have been done.

This appears to be more evidence that Republicans have no evidence of fraud, the claims are faked and agenda driven. The issue is, with many Republicans believing these lies, it could easily threaten the US Government (as it destroys any trust left in government and elections).

It's a psychosis.

It used to be that Americans shied away from political candidates who thought that they couldn't lose ...

Is there evidence Biden is doing a poor job as US President?

If Americans could choose between Biden and Trump today.

Who do you think they would pick?
I think that Americans clearly made their choice in November of last year.

Certainly Trump has done nothing since the election to make himself a more favored candidate ...

Uh there are reports of Republicans showing up to the polls and being told "you have already voted".

supposedly that is just a "glitch", but there may be shenagians at work.

Well I am with Scott Adams in his last video talking about Trump who was complaining about the last election etc. He thought that was a loosing position for Trump if he ran again making him looking whiny etc. but thought it would work to campaign on the cause of making "all elections fully auditable", that everyone who voted would receive a confirmation text message of who they voted for right after the election.

But unless they make major changes trust is out the window. There is no reason to trust the system when people say things are OK and you got really blatant things going on at the Detroit counting center last election. That activity is called "gas lighting" and we won't stand for it.

As a poll worker in Virginia, the software we use only lists the voters name and address not party affiliation. One thing that we encountered last year was if someone in the same household received a mail-in ballot and that it was incorrectly marked in the computer system for someone else at that address. I'm trying to remember our process for that instance. I vaguely recall that we ended up calling up the food chain and issuing a provisional ballot.

I had two eggs for breakfast this morning. One of the egg were easy cooked and the other one was well done. I don’t like easy cooked egg, so how did that happen. After much deliberation and looking at the stove, I realized, Biden’s goons came middle of the night and changed my stove. Does any one believe Trump would do something like this to harm American citizen .. no .. no .. I say no .. rise up … and say no .. Trump would never do that… but Biden .. he sent his goon to my house to make my egg rotten .. isn’t there American out there who will stand up with me and protest again Biden …. Oh I know CA voting is rigged .. just look at my egg .. there is the proof and Dems are all over in your personal life! CA voting is rigged .. no doubt about it..my eggs are the proof.

Now to prove it in court. Could be a good catalyst to keep the 2020 ball rolling on this issue.
I don't know, the 2020 ball has been rolling quite well despite the ridiculous cavalcade of court losses so far. Why change a winning formula?

Because election integrity is that paramount to Democracy.

Unfortunately, the ones who decide election integrity are the same ones who are behind election fraud.

I still laugh that people think any elections are fair or have been fair in many years.
I'm amazed that some Americans' trust in our election process was undermined by a reality TV host, ... but I think that I can live with this type of thinking by the minority ...

I didn't believe in the legitimacy of elections before Trump. I'm just saying, essentially, "What else is new?"

Although The Hill is considered left of center, I generally expect more responsible journalism from that source.

Here the suggestion is made, however, that the Larry Elder campaign is saying that the results of the election were invalid because of fraud and doing so even before the election votes are finally counted.

In fact, nowhere in the article does it say exactly that. Rather, the accusation was that fraudulent voting occurred.

And the accusation is not at all unreasonable when there are many write-in ballots floating around, filled out by who-knows-whom, and when we have people going to the polls in California to cast their votes and being told by the election workers that they've already voted!
