I have bipolar disorder.
Lets just say it has not made my life that easy to stand.
My moods and my modivation fluctuate every minute it seems and its as if no one understands me. I just dont know what to do sometimes.


Does anyone else feel the same way or have any advice?

I used to feel the way you described, but since I have been on the right medications and in therapy with a really good therapist, I have been stable more days than not.

I hope you are seeing a psychiatrist and in psychotherapy. I don't know what you know about Bipolar Disorder, but life can be good with the right medications and good therapy.

It can feel like it is hard to get through at times. Therapy,meds, a support system really do help out. We can't do it all on our own. I would do a search and see if anywhere in your area. Look at the NAMI sites and other mental health sites. Call your local mental health clinic, they should know too. Use to have a bipolar support group here where I live and it doesn't meet anymore, I really wish it did.

BP is all over the world, many of the patients don't know the correct healing method and don't have good therapist. But you have the strong surport system, go ahead with the symptoms, working and living. Some BP patients live with the symptoms all the life, even if in this case don't be disappointed please.
