Federal investigators learned of the withdrawal, which has not been previously reported, early in 2019. The discovery intensified a secret criminal investigation that had begun two years earlier with classified U.S. intelligence indicating that Egyptian President Abdel Fatah El-Sisi sought to give Trump $10 million to boost his 2016 presidential campaign, a Washington Post investigation has found.

However, the FBI, DOJ, NSA, etc....all take their orders from the president. If you want them to focus on domestic terrorists....you tell them to. If you want them to focus on parent-teacher meetings....you tell them to. If you want them to focus on former presidents....you tell them to.

What is the statute of limitations on bribery of the president? Does it apply to the briber or the bribee? If a president accepts a bribe during the course of his presidential duties - and why else would one bribe a president - would not immunity kick in for said president?

The National Archives doesn't keep an inventory that they audit every change in administration. Biden had docs for 7 years....not once was it mentioned to him or anyone else. The National Archives sent a request for docs to Trump because the National Archives is under the executive branch. Biden calls them up....tells them what to say....and they report back.
