  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hi , i was just wondering when you create a pet and its an egg - what the possibles are?

In other words will all eggs end being certain kinds of pets? Can you end up with another unicorn?

Second can you choose the other pet for the mate to yours or only take random?

Is there a FAQ anywhere that explains the breeding process?

Thanks !

Sorry the breeding stuff is not in the FAQ's. Its all up to chance, especially with the random. If you have 2 pets that you want to breed you can get an egg and make them the parents. If you have 1 pet you can choose it to be the Mom or Dad then random for the other. But you have no way of know what it will look like. Just a 50/50 chance that it will be another one of what you have. All that being said, with all of the creative breeding that has been going on, you could end up with a very powerful mate on the random side. You just take your chances, that's why its so much cheaper to buy an egg. Either way you go, there is NO way to pick your gender on an egg, only if you make a specific breed of pet from scratch. I hope that helps a bit. Probably not what you wanted to hear, but it is what it is.

Let us know if you have any other ?'s

I set up all of the new pets for our workers pet lists. I've noticed the trend of which spots are where on the egg. Every time it has been true. The spot cluster on the left is male and on the right is female.

But the sample egg that shows when you are creating your egg is NOT necessarily what you will end up with. The only way to know is after it is created and showing under your pets. Sorry.
