This is quick and easy, and fairly healthy. I usually serve a nice garden salad with it.

Ingredients:

2 cans chicken breast (or two cups cut up cooked chicken) ... or any amount of cooked chicken

Rotini or penne pasta

1 jar of alfredo sauce (your choice)

Italian seasoning, herbs and spices to taste, (a bay leaf or two is good)

Directions:

Start water to boil for noodles in a pan. In a separate pan, combine chicken, sauce and seasonings and simmer until bubbly.

When pasta is done, drain water and dump pasta into chicken and sauce pan. Stir. Keep stirring on low heat for about 5 minutes. Take pan off burner to cool and set, about 3 minutes.

Remove bay leaves before serving.

Serve with a garden salad or veggies of your choice.

Also, you can add steamed/cooked broccoli florets to the mix, and also add shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top for a little tasty twist.
