From what I know as regards
1. there was no such entity as the Eastern Syrian Churches
2. The Nestorian Church is really the Church of the East (although they never had anything to do with Nestorius)
3.The Syrian Orthodox Church/es (referred to as Jacobite) is a synonym for the Western Monophysite Syrian church
