White Knight Chronicles 2 -- Meh. I was under the impression that the game panned. From what I've played, I'm amazed they didn't get sued for ripping the plot of FFIX

There's some Bleach video game -- *laughing hysterically at just how bad it looks*

New Nintendo Console -- still wondering what market market they researched to come to the conclusion that people want to be using controller the size of Gray's Anatomy and the trailer shows absolutely no graphical advance.

Elder Scrolls - Nice.

Mass Effect 3 -

Star Wars: The Old Republic - This looks cool.

El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron - PS3 - IGN -- Hmmm... Interesting.

Halo 4 -- I think we can all express our appreciation that they've finally caved in to making more of this.

Playstation Vita -- The PSP has been such a disgraceful nonentity, I guess its not surprising that they are finally trying to rebrand it to get past their failure (after releasing new models and a PSP Go).

The new Nintendo console..... Being able to play on the controller seems like an interesting idea, and the things they showed were kinda cool, but yes, it seemed like there was no graphics update. But they said it's supposed to be HD. They still have a year or so before it releases, so we should see more. But the name... WiiU? Can they please change that? It's not exactly I wanna go around saying I play. Just a thought.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim does look nice. One of my favorites there for sure.

Your Mass Effect 3 comment is hilarious.... I cringed a bit when they said it used Kinect, but being able to command your squad with voice commands sounds nice. The Omni-blade looks sweet, and the overall gameplay looks awesome.

Halo 4.... Not bad.

Rage looks awesome. Been waiting for it since last E3.

Star Wars: The Old Republic.... Sweet.

Final Fantasy XIII-2.... If they include some towns, make it not so linear, and how about a world map again? But what they showed looked pretty good.

Modern Warfare 3 looks good. I hope the campaign is good.

Yeah, nothing asides from that seems particularly exciting. The new Team ICO game would have been cool, but it wasn't there.

Because their games are such pure win. I already have Shadows of the Colossus, and I'm waiting for the remastered HD bundle of Ico/Shadows of the Colossus thats coming out this December. I'm drooling over it.


Oh, Dust 514 sounds neat though. I guess that's the other game I'm interested in. A multiplayer FPS tied into a MMORPG could either be really cool or an utter travesty.

I'm a bit miffed that Ubi has said nothing more on I Am Alive. That game looked awesome.

All in all, it seems that the 3 big companies are so focused on making the next big thing, that they aren't focusing nearly enough on the actual games themselves. Most of the games I saw looked pretty meh. Especially the ones using all the new toys.

Kinda makes me glad I don't buy into the gimmicks and play my games on PC.

The only game that made it into the big presentations I liked was Reckoning.

PAPER MARIO 3DS. Paper Mario 3DS. I need that game in my life. I need a good 3DS game period, and I need a new Paper Mario. Two birds with one awesome stone, bb.
