If there are any young ladies here who are interested in possibly having a 20 year old Christian (online) mentor, please let me know. I love to help people and I want to help you.
I can not only be your "mentor", but your friend. I will give you advice or just be here to support you.

are you living w/ a physical disability?
are you struggling w/ peer pressure?
have you been a victim of emotional abuse?
are you struggling w/ an ED?
are you struggling w/ SI?
are you struggling w/ not feeling good abt yourself?
are you having boy problems? problems w/ parents?
are angry @ God abt something? Not sure you even wanna be "saved"?
are you struggling w/ an addiction?

If you are, I'm here for YOU! Why? Because I have been where you are. I have struggling w/ ALL of the above. Plus, I am not much older than you... I don't know abt you, but most times, it's easier for me to talk to someone who's closer to my age than talking to someone who is older (like say, my parents age)... after all, they know the struggles a teen growing up in today's world has to deal with.

So... whatcha think? Wanna give me a shot at helping you and just plain being your friend? Let me know.

Pay no heed to the previous poster. It is actually very wise of you wanting to minister to only ladies, especially about the issues you listed. You are keeping within your boundaries and experience. God truly bless you for your genuineness and willingness to encourage others! Of COURSE God loves and hears everybody's prayers! And it's not as if she only wants to help girls... but it IS very important for men to mentor men and for women to mentor women. In practice, it works much better.

It's not discrimination, it's wisdom.

Like the other posts, I find nothing wrong with her only wanting to menor females. I also believe that women should mentor women, and men should mentor men.

I think there are people that minister primarily to men, women, youth, young kids, marrieds, older people and it is not discriminating at all, but wise.

Actually if we had a mind to, we ALL could minister especially if we've had hurts or disappointments. We all could be encouragers. I work so I don't have much time for posting here, but when I do I try to answer people that have situations I've been thru.
