The most precious gift I recieved was a ring from my husband our last Christmas
together. God called him home the following May. But praise God I know I'll see
him again one day!

Prayers for you this Christmas. May the ring remind you that love is unbroken by distance and reunion is only a matter of time.

My son and daughter in law used to spend the night christmas eve here and open presents, they decided not to do it last year and I missed watching my granddaughters open their christmas presents

Well, how about the gift my husband is getting me this year He got me a Euphonium, it'll be here before christmas (soon, actually) but we used Christmas money this year to buy each other one big gift (I got him a guitar)

Most people don't even know what a Euphonium is, so... that makes it unusual.

(.. it's a musical instrument.. )

I've heard of a double-bell euphonium.

In the UK, virtually *all* kids are given a Chocolate Orange and satsumas in their Christmas stockings. Tis a lovely, unspoken, bizarre tradition
