I was dropped out of a women's group fellowship as well...

Sorry that happened to you. If there's a Roman 8:28 in the situation I think it's that once you've been rejected by a group you take care to ensure that everyone feels welcome in any group you attend in the future. God Bless :)

I don't know anyone who enjoys being rejected. But I do know that often painful things happen to everyone. And occasionally those seemingly painful things pass and we find out later this painful experience was a blessing in disguise. God may have saved you from a worse outcome down the road. We have to take the good with the bad in life. It ain't always easy. You seem strong enough to handle this adversity, especially with faith. Have a good day.

I did fill out form addressed to person in charge of groups

thanks for replies everyone!
I was enjoying being in this group since Spring
since I've never been dropped from any group, didn't like being rejected

No one does, but unfortunately, rejection does happen in life.
We live in an imperfect world.

You can, however, choose to make lemonade out of lemons if you like, and respond to the rejection the way that Jesus would. Jesus knew much rejection during His earthly life, and still is rejected by many men ... the very men He died for.

What I would not do is allow your feelings of rejection to turn into feelings of resentment.
Forgiving the leader, and praying good things for her, will keep that from happening to you.

God bless
