Nothing serious, I read the horoscope and stuff everyday and now I`ve been trying to understand dreams a little more, everytime I`ve dreamt I try to remember certain things, many say and believe I guess that our brain makes the dreams or the sub-counsiouess, but I think it`s a little simpler than that actually, I think we`re very creative so instead of my first theory that we make these dreams during the day then see it when we sleep later on, we`re actually making it along as we sleep, but last night I was very fascinated by one thing, intead of sort of just observing the dream, I couldn`t really control my thinking, no, I was just watching it while I slept, kinda strange you know and a little difficult to explain why, I understand that we probably just dream to entertain ourself while we dream, but why couldn`t I control my thinking, are we utterless resting our minds while we sleep, so you don`t even think?

Planets orbiting the earth along with the sun are somehow influencing your life without the planet you are standing on having any influence at all.
Is that supposed to be reasonable?

Someone said, take away the believe in God and replace it with a belief in anything.

Dreams are our minds processing what has happened to us, they don't tell the future or anything else.

What evidence do you have for not believing Jesus, lived, died was burried and his tomb was found to be empty?

Well, I don`t really deny that jesus lived once perhaps, but it`s the superpowers people claims he had sort of, in my life I`ve never really see any signs of a god ether, I try to do good everyday, so I`m not really very scared of not going to heaven anyways, I think he would like me the being that I am and give me a chance anyways even though I never saw any signs of him, atleasts I hope so, about horocope, it`s not that unreasonble that when you`re born is a little influenced by nature

In other words because you didn't see him you don't believe in him.
You have never examined the historical evidence for him you just don't believe.
Ditto horoscope, you don't know how it works but you believe it does work.

I don`t really think you`re supposed to take it literally, people just wrote alot of texts (the bible), it`s a little like buddhists taking it literally that they`ll get eternal life

Horoscopes and such nonsense are the works of the devil. I suggest you cut such things immediately.

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world (1 John 4:1)

You are wearied with your many counsels; let them stand forth and save you, those who divide the heavens, who gaze at the stars, who at the new moons make known what shall come upon you (Isaiah 47:13).

You get the picture. God created the sun and start not to show you what your future holds. Do not worry about your dreams, be worried about serving God and do no listen to such evil as horoscopes. Horoscopes are written by humans who are influenced by the evil spirit. How can humans possible predict the future, they can't.

I offer you a couple of thoughts, some relating directly to your post, others more general. Here they are, in the order they occurred to me.

• May I encourage you to try writing in shorter sentences. I think this will do two things. It will make it easier for your readers to understand what you are trying to say, but it will also help you to clarify your thoughts. You come across in your writing (not just on this thread) as chaotic and too fluid in your thinking.
• I am guessing you are quite young, so please take these remarks as positive suggestions to help you improve your thinking and your communication.
• @Tolworth John has already dealt with horoscopes. They can be amusing, but they are completely lacking in any scientific support. View them as a form of entertainment if you wish, but never take them seriously.
• We are still learning more about dreaming, but the consensus view is that is how the brain processes the events of day. Rather than just guessing what you think it might be, why not do some reading by the researchers who have devoted their careers to studying it.
• You seem to be describing a lucid dream (look it up) in which you are aware that you are dreaming. These are quite common, but one is able to control what happens within them. You say you were not able to so. Perhaps this was transitional between a normal dream and a full lucid dream.
  
• Our minds are most certainly not resting while we sleep, but the brain is working in different ways. Again, I recommend you seek out information from reliable sources - textbooks, and research papers, not personal blogs and YouTube videos. (YouTube videos featuring acknowledged professionals on the subject are a different matter, if you can find any.)

If what you say were sufficiently true to justify a belief in astrology then there would be studies showing a correlation between birthdate and alignment of the planets. There is no such study. If you think there is, produce it. Simple.

In what way do you think the temperature at your birth influences your character? How was that temperature influenced by the planets?

In what way do you think the Earth's magnetic field influences your character? What evidence do you have to support that belief?

The nearest star is four light years away. What influence do you think it has on you? What about the ones further away?

Of course there are variations in our natural environment and these can influence in our daily lives, but there is no evidence that this is somehow reflected on which constellation the sun was in when you were born and whether Saturn was descending or ascending, or Mercury was in conjunction with Venus.

Astrology is a thoroughly discredited pseudoscience. Please use critical thinking to reflect on this.

I only really know Bergen and Stavanger, though I have visited Oslo. It's difficult to think of Norway, with its magnificent scenery, lengthy history, enterprising peoples and distinctive culture as being boring and empty. When you say nothing happens, I take it you mean nothing happens to your own prospects and progress? Hard work is certainly important, but it needs to be directed. Are you directing it effectively?

I`m just kidding you know, I`ve read it all, but modern science is out-dated, it`s too cynical and focuses on exploiting nature and people, I`ve looked past it the last years and you know also, they aren`t really interested in what they`re doing because they`re always wrong also
