Dreamcast owners?

I just purchased a dreamcast from a local used gaming store. I bought a VMU and a game, Shenmue. I've almost beat Shenmue, (my only game) now I'm looking for more DC games. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm looking into Jet Grind Radio, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, and Sonic Adventure. Anymore games I should be aware of?

First, all four you listed are great choices.

Next, Skies of Arcadia is my favorite DC game by far. One of the few RPGs I've played that can stand up to Final Fantasy.

Other good ones are Sonic Adventure 2, Metropolis Street Racer, and Grandia II.

I might pick up a dreamcast, but I can't really justify the money right now. Freelance writers are broke writers.

Well just to add into this, the downfall of the dreamcast were it's variety of games, and the fact that the cd's were normal data cd's that you would use to burn your music, etc, meant that you could of went to a store, rented a game, and make yourself a copy. Sad really with all of it's potential it had for a console, but hey, now we have the PS2,GameCube, and Xbox, so I'm not complaining!

oh, i forgot Sonic Adventure on my list. i dont think the 2nd, or any after that are worthy, but sonic adventure rocks.

Actually most DC games came on GD a form of CD that held more info, so coping wasn't that easy.

Mind no mater what the companies do, hackers will find a way around it.

I'm not complaining either! The system was overall loud! The graphics were okay. It all depended on which game you got. Sonic adventure had really great graphics. Too bad I traded in my dreamcast. Capcom vs. Snk was another great title. You could always tell which graphics were from the drwamcast system.

I wish Sonic Adventure 3 came out. Maybe It would sell more. I read the plot of Sonic Adventure 3. Shadow is not Dead! The CDs for the Dreamcast were able to get scratched easily. There is no hope after that...

Theres a company in japan still releasing games for the dreamcast, can't remember what its called at the mo tho, but if you can find it, get Ikaruga, its a vertical scrolling shoot-em-up, its absolutely awesome.

Man dreamcast still and will always be my fave system. There was nothing that was bad with it, only the word awesome could describe it.

Also if you ever get bored of playing dc on your dreamcast you can play, Nes, Snes, Genesis, Gameboy, and Even some playstation games on you dreamcast with an emulator. If you have a cd burner go to www.dcemulation.com to find out how to burn emulators to play them on your dc

virtual tennis, the shooting games, DOA series, and ofcourse the shenmue 2( there is part 2 right?) some of the sega ball games are cool too.

Shenmue 2 is an import. It would cost too much to import it... There is a Shenmue 2 for xbox, but I don't have an xbox.

You could get a Special Edition xbox. There out in a month or so (I think it was a month) and it comes with halo.

Or you could get a xbox for $150 now.
