Forgive me, but I think that heart is the sacred heart of Jesus, therefore I think this is Christian music.

It is my understanding that at the time of this album all of the members adhered to a sect of Christianity or Judaism.

Just because you think an image on the album cover represents Jesus doesn't make it a Christian album. Some of the band members are Christian and Dream Theater do sometimes make use of religious imagery in their lyrics, but certainly not enough to regard their songs as Christian.
