Dragons-An Add On!

Right now I really dont have time to post much, but what would you guys think about an ad on with like dragons and trolls and diffrent things. It would be a midevil one. Tell me what you think. I have to g study for my three finals then go to bed. I'll post my character info tomorrow...

I like it! Would the dragons be good or bad? I just read The Silmarillion again, and I'm halfway through Unfinished Tales, so I've got a notion of what we can make the dragons like.

I recommend reading Dragon's Milk. That's such a good book, well to me it is. It's my Susan Fletcher. Great book! I'll maybe look into this add-on in the time being.

The dragons would be good and bad...

Plot:All of the evil animals are trying to take over the earth. They are aided by the dark Wizard, Gable. Gable and his mighty forces are ready for trouble, only a few good humans and creatures stand in nhis way.

And you can be all races and stuff. If anyone wants to be Gable, go ahead.

Willow peeked around the tree. The wind was shifting. Gable and his forces were coming. He knew there would be a battle soon. Willow turned around and mounted his dragon. He would get the others ready for war.

Willow stood in front of thje would be hereos. If they were going to take Gable, they would need a miracle. Willow knew that they wouldd need more troops. He would need to find other resistances. He would send a messanger out.

I know it's kinfda a lame start, but its a start. You can either be good or baad. If ya want, you can be one of the forces willow finds.

Discription: 5'8", white skin, green eyes, and blonde shaggy hair with light blonde strands. William is a dragonsayer, which are very rare, being naturally born with green eyes, meaning he can speak telepathicaly to dragons.
Side: Kingdom of Gandor(good guys)
Weapons: Long shinny scimitar(like the elves swords in LOTR) and two knives.
Transportation: A white dragon, named Heartsblood
History: William was born into the wealthy family of the Landerathe's in the Kingdom of Gandor. When he became of age, he joined the royal forces of Gandor. William flew through every rank with flying colors; ending up being the General of the armies of Gandor.

Oh and it's prenounced Gan-dor. I was affraid you guys might prenounce it Gondor like in LOTR.

"Down!" ordered William starring Heartsblood in the eyes. The dragon slowly bent its hind legs, taking heed to his masters command. As William climbed up onto Heartsblood, a horn sounded within the forest. Immediatly noticing the sound as the horn of the armies of Gable. William rallied up his flight of soldiers and flew off towards the source of the horn.

I'll post back in a bit. Don't have William and his soldiers arrive yet. I'd like to do that.

The sound of dragons roaring overhead added onto the already dismal atmosphere in the vicinity. Everywhere he went, Kierus saw endless trails of destruction. Yet in the face of all this, he couldn't bring himself to mourn. Picking up a stone from the ground, he rolled it between his fingers as dust swirled in front of him, rising and gently falling back onto the earth.

Willow was sitting on his Dragon, Blaze. Blaze was a youmg dragon that was really powerful. Blaze could destruct a whole town in one breath of fire, but still had lots to learn about his powers. Willow saw a small clan of people moving through the forest, but before he could stop, they had scattered. He didnt have time to worry about them anyway. Willow was on his way to the battle scene. Gable was trying to enter the free land. If he could get into the land, destruction would rain down. Willow urged bBlaze to hurry up.

JF, I don't know if you were talking about William and his small flight of soldiers, but if you were, they aren't walking or running. They're flying dragons.

William and Heartsblood flew ahead of the battle group. The other dragons were getting restless, something was near. As William appraoched the origin of the horn, arrows began firing out of the trunks below. Many pierced the dragons soft underbelly but did not disable him.

"Flame upon the trees below. Leave no survivers!" yelled out William to his flight.

The numberous dragons shot relentless fire balls into the trees, sometimes revealing a great number of archers. Suddenly, the sky turned dark. Grey clouds rolled in. William scanned the skies around him looking for the slightest change. Then, he spoted them! Two flights of Gable's dark dragons. Dragons that new only to serve their one master and kill whoever got in their way. They seemed to be heading for a solitair dragon not a long way from William's current position.

"Forward men, and persue those dark dragon!" yelled out William unsheething his sword.

The flight charged towards the dark dragons! Willow looked upon the dark dragons that became bigger and bigger. Willow whipped out his wand and began muttering a spell, when suddenly, a great wind rushed passed him and his dragon, Blaze. Surprised, Willow glanced up to look upon a flight of Gandor Dragons and their pilots charging the dark dragons that had turned their attention away from him. Dragons wooshed past William as he and his flight rushed by the dark dragons! William quickly turned Heartsblood around, chose his target, and began his chase!

Willow was surprised that thte other dragons had beeen distraqcted. He knew the black dragons were strong, he didnt think this new force could hold them for long. Willow took out his wand and started to chant again. A orb of light came oujt of the sky and washed over thedark dragons. Light nblocked them from view, but Willow new the werent dead yet. So he turned blaze to face the orb of ligth and enetered it.

It had been two long months, trailing the large band of goblins from a particular trible that was moving to join another army, however, for a Watcher, two months were short indeed. Kierus witnessed first hand destruction as the band swept out from the foot of Mt. Oren, home of the Te'ren goblin tribe. Today, the usual routine was being performed. As soon as information brought back by three scouts was reviewed, the leader of the band sent in his army in full force, descending upon the unsuspecting village like a pack of hungry wolves.

Sitting on a fairly sturdy branch of a tall tree at the entrance of the village and covered by a simple illusion spell, Kierus wrote in his notebook as screams from the village occupants became louder and louder. Clashes of steel against steel rang in the air while sparks that brought birth to a good, merry fire were set off.

The leader to the first division of the goblin tribe Te'ren, named Gafus, tends to use straight forward method against both weak and strong opponents. As Gafus is the second most powerful goblin in the tribe, it can be seen how his method reflects on the way the Te'ren tribe would operate in a war.

Closing the book, Kierus placed it in his bag and settled to wait out the incidence below. Having no knowledge of the coming goblin band, the villagers were like chickens waiting to be slaughtered. Quite a few number of men, women and children were cut down before they got a chance to run. Blood seeped down the dirt road where bodies laid and it was decorated by the orange red fire in the background. Kierus waited for the last goblin to clear out before climbing down the tree. He preferred to avoid using magic when it was unnecessary.

Dragon after dragon, both dark and of Gandor fell from the skies as the battle raged on! William was in persuet of one of the enemy dragons when suddenly a great ball of light fired from the pilot of the solitair dragon into the dark dragon herd. The dark dragons were immediatly ingulfed as it grew to the capacity of the number of dark dragons. William continued to watch the ball of light grow when out of the corner of his eye, he saw the lown dragon and its pilot ride into the ball of light as if walking through a portal. Seeing this, William whistled to Heartsblood and charged into the ball of light to finish off the remaining dark dragons and to identify the lown dragon rider.

Kierus laid on the grass with his arms behind his head, his eyes gazing into the sky. Only a couple of stars were visible through the gaps of the canopy, twinkling away merrily.

However much things change on the earth, the sky remains the same.

This bit of observation reminded him of the impeding huge battle. Nothing so serious and organised had come about since the end of the third age. The third age... Kierus had heard many lectures on this particular period. The creatures of the dark mobilised against the creatures of the light, same as what was happening now. Back then, both sides sustained heavy losses and no clear winner was declared.

Maybe that was for the best.

He couldn't imagine what would happen, living in a world completely dominated by one side or the other. There was always a balance of good and evil, and the line between these two was one fine line indeed. Sometimes, evil wasn't what it appeared to be. The story of one prominent dark elf rose to the surface of his churning thoughts.

Willow flew into the blazong light. He was in a diffrent reality. It was all white magic around here. He looked around and saw the dragons were faltering. They ha no source to draw magic from. Willow started to feel light headed. He was running out of power. Something was happening. All of a sudden another dragon came throught the portal. Willow blacked out and the portal to reality was lost...

I hate it when that happens. One time, at my grandma's house, I was posting like a super super long post...and then I was knocked off the internet. My grandma's internet tends to do that. I got back on a typed it again, then I got knockedo ff again. Then, I typed it again and was able to post it.

Leaving the goblin band, Kierus had veered off to the west to replenish his supplies at a human city named Algama, which was reputed to be the fruitland for the King owned enough fields to make the city self-sustainable. As a result, outside trade of fruits were completely closed up. Once Kierus stepped onto the famous street in Algama, a sweet aroma met his nostrils and the sight of fruit shops lining on both side of the street greeted his eyes. He marvelled at the varieties of fruits available, their colour just as appealing as the pleasant smell hanging in the air, and he regretted that fresh fruit was not a durable produce. However, it would be kind of hard to not at least purchase some for now. Biting into a freshly picked peach, Kierus headed towards the market square where things otherthan fruits were sold.

The tavern was filled to overflowing, it was impossible to find an empty room anywhere. Kierus knew why this was happening, with numerous wars going on, people would have flocked to cities and towns where peace still reigned. After buying all the necessary supplies, Kierus had managed to persuade a tavern owner to let him stay at the hayloft, though the demand was an outrageous amount that left him sighing into his drink.

Well...... what can you expect. War creates an opportunity for rip offs like him.

While he seeped his from hig mug calmly at a table, those at the same table with him were exchanging news of the outside world, talking animatedly and predicting with near absurdity of the movement of the war. As he listened, he almost shook his head in frustration, these people had no sense of direction whatsoever. Maybe all those rumours of the war had added into the pot of confusion that had spilled over from one side of the world to another.

I bet you my keyboard that that picture in ROTK is fromwhen Frodo and Sam have to go along with a band of orcs for a way to avoid suspicion.
