DOWNTIME: 1.5 hours to replace faulty RAM

Hi

We just had 1.5 hours of downtime to replace faulty RAM on our database server.

My apologies.

Things should be a lot faster now that we've got new RAM. It should have only taken 5 minutes, but we had network problems, and no one knew why until we power-cycled the private network backend which fixed it.

So we are now back online!
