If you are taking something that isn't legal to take without payment, it's still called stealing. No twisting or out of context extracting of Scripture can change that.

I don't really see a problem there, as long as people are actually purchasing the CD's. But people who are building their music libraries all for freeeeeeeee.....well that's another story. The music is the work of these musicians, songwriters, producers, studio guys, etc. And they deserve to be paid just like we do for whatever we do for a living. I think a lot of times people have the misconception that all people in the public eye are "millionaires". So it's OK. But they are not. They have bills and kids and taxes and cars that won't start just like most of us. And I think Christian musicians can suffer from this this most. Christian music doesn't remotely have the same volume of sales as secular. Whew.....OK. Rant over.

I post at a couple of places. One is a Christian board I haven't been to in a while. No time and it's difficult to navigate.The other is more "Christian based", but not a MB necessarily "about" Christianity if that makes sense.

Oh I didn't see it as prying at all. I was just protecting the webmaster of the Christian based forum by not naming them. He won't put up with a lot of "stuff" if you know what I mean. Just trying to save him the headache.
