doubleclicks are now triple clicks and some more to open anything

the site has been so very very very slow for me for about 2 weeks, I asume all the shut downs may be this but not sure.

If I go to open anything it's a wait wait wait for ages game.

But if I try and click again it may open quick

eventually it does open but it's so very slow, unlike the rest of the internet which is fast for me.

Is the problem being worked on?
