Amazing, IMO, the dog wasn't on the news with the original owner. I can't imagine someone having it until its adulthood before they dumped it.

One of my dogs was hit by a trailer many years ago. She had to have her leg amputated. And she recently died at the ripe old age of 17. I do hope little Popcorn will be alright. I love animals.
