Okay, you want honest answers. I feel your question is a state of mind and what you think matters more than what I or others think. There are some women who are literally skin and bones and they still think they are fat. Other women, like myself, though overweight, I don't really see myself as fat.
Are you healthy? Are you able to physically do the things you want to do, or least try to? Can you move around? If you're able to do all those things, I don't really see what the issue is.
You look like a beautiful woman to me. I think that question has negative connotations to it and in order to have a healthy mind, you should steer clear of negative thinking as much as possible. There are already enough negative things in the world. We do not need to add to it.
I know someone who had a bodyfat of 19%, which is below the average for women and she called herself chunky. She got herself down to around 10% bodyfat. Though, in a scientific sense she had less bodyfat, personally I thought she looked gross at 10%. After she got below 15-16% bodyfat, she didn't look good to me anymore.
So, fatness is a relative and a state of mind in many cases. I think you need to honestly take a look at what kind of questions you want to people to entertain for you. If people said you look fat, how would that make you feel? If they said you looked thin, how would you feel about yourself? Will others' answers dictate how you feel? I personally wouldn't open myself up to people saying negative things like this to me. I would come right out and say I am gorgeous, beautiful, sexy, alluring, etc....whether anyone thinks so or not.
Guard your thoughts,
Doris
