2 - By another believer (water baptism) (Matt 28:19++++!)
3 - By Jesus with or into The Holy Spirit (The Spirit baptism)
(Matt 3:11; Mark 1:8, Luke 3:16; Acts 11:16++++)' For power and boldness Acts 1 and 4

"And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one." I John 5:7-8

They help us realize that there are 3 baptisms and what happens with each one. The doctrine of baptisms is considered foundational according to Heb 6:1-2

Blood baptism is when we become believers. So the baptism in Mark 16:16 is done when we become believers. "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned."
