Ok so when Jesus was hung on a cross, another man who committed crime was also hung too and then believed in Jesus and then He said he will be with Him in paradise so does that mean that there's an example like that in which you don't have to be baptized into the Holy Spirit?

You make it sound like the baptism of the Holy Spirit is a burden. On the contrary, He is very empowering. One of His names is The Paraclete, which can mean mentor or life coach.

What is not to like?

The thief on the cross died under the old covenant.

The baptism of the Holy Spirit is subsequent to the initial born again experience. Personally, I believe new Christians should have a solid grounding in the fundamentals before receiving the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. There is a lot of counterfeit and deception out there. No one "has" to be baptised in the Holy Spirit. It is not a condition of entry into heaven. It is power for witness and should be for the edification of the Church. It does not make a carnal Christian spiritual, as is plain from the letter to the Corinthians.

Some people get born again but never receive the Holy Spirit Baptism. Some receive at the same time that they get born again because that's what is preached.

Are you confusing water baptism with Spirit baptism? I wonder...

Spirit baptism isn't something we do, it's something He gives to us. The Holy Spirit is the "seal of our salvation"

"In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory. And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God's possession--to the praise of his glory. " Ephesians 1:11-14

We automatically receive the Holy Spirit when we believe, it's the mark of the Christian, our guarantor.

The thief on the cross was chosen for salvation by Jesus, in person, and heard that guarantee by the mouth of our Lord. Now that's a fullness of the Holy Spirit! :)

However, if your talking about water baptism, while it's an outward expression of our faith there will be occasions someone would be unable to be baptised, and under those circumstances it wouldn't be necessary - it doesn't stop you from being saved if you can't undergo water baptism.

The thief on the cross didn't have the time to be baptized in water but, was regenerated by the Holy Spirit with a new heart.
He was good to go.

That means you are saved before you are baptized in water.

But baptism in water and baptism in the Holy Spirit are two different things.

"Baptized into the Holy Spirit"?
I don't think I have heard that phrase before.
The gift of the Holy Ghost is promised to the repentant: at least it was in Acts 2:38.
It is His doing, not ours.

There's a doctrine of baptismS,..." (Heb 6:2) There's 3 baptisms; specifically:

1 - By The Holy Spirit into Jesus is the baptism for salvation (blood baptism)
(Rev 1:5; Matt 26:28; Mark 1:4, 16:16; Luk 3:3; Acts 2:38: Gal 3:27, +++)
Also, "In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise," Eph 1:13 Baptizied/immersed into Christ's body (I Cor 12:13)

Water and Spirit baptism follows - not in a set order or time criteria:
2 - By another believer (water baptism) (Matt 28:19++++!)

3 - By Jesus with or into The Holy Spirit (The Spirit baptism)
('Matt 3:11; Mark 1:8, Luke 3:16; John 1:33, Acts 1:5, 8:14-17, 10:44-48, 11:16; I Cor 12:13, Luk 24:49, Eph 5:18, Acts 4:31; I John 3:24; Eze 36:25-28; John 14:25-27).
For power and boldness Acts 1 and 4

"And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one." I John 5:7-8

Do you know what it means to be baptised in the Holy Spirit? It's really not that big a deal. When we are born again, the Holy Spirit puts us into Christ. When we are willing to receive, the Lord Jesus puts us into the Holy Spirit. The indwelling Holy Spirit produces the fruit of the Spirit and is the Life of Christ within US. The "outer" (for want of a better word) Holy Spirit is for power for service. I've met Christians with great power who had little fruit of love or humility. "Fruit" is way better than gifts. Even better is the fruit and the gifts.

There is symbolism in the priestly garment. Around the hem was sewn alternating gold bells and pomegranates. Fruit and gifts in balance. That is God's intent.

Baptism of the Holy Spirit - we asks for Him 'If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him? Luk 11:13

"And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness." Acts 4

"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." Acts 1

Baptise comes from a Greek word that means immerse. Upon repentance and acceptance of Christ, we are immersed in the Holy Spirit. We are set free of our sins and surrounded by the glory of God. Baptism by water is not the same thing. It is purely symbolic.

Agreed.

What scripture(s) do you use to validate this?

Your POV neglects what Rom 6:3-7 and Col 2:12 say.
The baptism mentioned there is a crucifixion and burial with Christ, not to mention our resurrection with Him "to walk in newness of life".
It is done is water, like the Ethiopian eunuch, the Samaritans, and the twelve at Ephesus.

Luke 3:15-18. "The people were waiting expectantly and were all wondering in their hearts if John might possibly be the Christ. John answered them all, "I baptize you with water. But one more powerful than I will come, the thongs of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire. His winnowing fork is in his hand to clear his threshing floor and to gather the wheat into his barn, but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire." And with many other words John exhorted the people and preached the good news to them.

I see no indication that water baptism would be discontinued after the inauguration of the giving of the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Look at what Cornelius did.
He received the gift of the Holy Ghost, (baptism of the Spirit) and then was water baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins by Peter.
Two different baptisms contribute to our salvation.
