Don't know what to do

My husbands parents opened a restaurant in another state. They called him this morning rather desperate b/c its been really booming this past week. They asked my husband if he would be willing to quit his job so we all can move in with them. They said they want to make him a manager of the restaurant.
We have a 15 year old, a 18 month old and I'm 6 weeks pregnant. The young child plus the new pregnancy makes this decision difficult. Even though we would love to jump and go help them. My children need insurance and I need prenatal care.
We also have 2 cars we have to pay off (will be paid-off by 2010) and also credit card debt ($3,000 total)
Were my husband works now we have insurance, and he gets paid well. Enough, though we live paycheck to paycheck. Because I stay home with the kids. Though we hate living in Southern California, at this time it looks like we have no other choice. No matter how much we would love to get out of here.
If we move there who knows when he will be able to find a full-time job outside of the restaurant. So he will only be working there (at the restaurat) part-time.

Dear Lord,

What a dilemma for this couple. Please guide them and give them wisdom. Please give the in-laws understanding and acceptance of whatever the son's and daughter in law's decision is. Thank you Lord. In Jesus name I pray.

I am praying that the Lord would give you wisdom during this difficult decision making process. I ask that He would guide you in to making the right choice. I also ask that He would bless you and your family with this new baby on the way.

Just remember, we don't always understand why certain things happen. However, we can never underestimate that sometimes God brings opportunities in to our lives for good change that we never thought would work out. If this move does happen, God will make a way for all to work out. Cast all of your worries upon Him, and He will be faithful in answering you! God bless you and your family! Please give Rakkon & her family guidance, wisdom & direction. & Father grant them peace as they work through this decision. That they not rush through it for the sake of their inlaws, but that they feel within themselves that You have given them instruction. & regardless of their decision that You will give them great provision for their needs as they raise their family & wait on their new little baby to be born.
