Donald Trump features in Swedish museum of failure

Trump: The Game shares a surprising link to one of the president’s other failed ventures: the Donald J. Trump Foundation. While promoting the board game’s initial launch, Trump proclaimedTrump: The Game would be “the game for the nineties” and pledged, seemingly spontaneously, his share of the profits to charity.

Despite more than a million dollars in royalties, a Huffington Post investigation found no evidence any of the profit was donated, a pattern identical to Trump Vodka and his book Crippled America, both of which were advertised as benefiting charity. The Trump Organization and Hasbro, which brought Milton Bradley, refused to comment.

In December, New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood announced The Donald J. Trump Foundation would be shut down in light of “a shocking pattern of illegality,” including the illegal transfer of funds and unlawful political conduct.

Trump is clearly an iconic figure. If you attack him you gain personal attention. If you give him accolades, you won't get the spotlight. Self serving pride or humility.

Jerusalem mayor Nir Barkat named the square near the new US embassy in Jerusalem the "United States Square in honor of President Donald Trump."

I'm not sure I understand your point here, he put out a game, it failed to catch on hence it's inclusion in the "Failure Museum". that it also ties into President Trumps tendency to treat his "charities?" as a source of income for himself and his family is pretty well documented:

He seems to have a habit of claiming a charity will benefit from supporting something of his and then he fails to do so.

Shouldn't he do something worthy of an accolade before he's given an accolade?

Interesting concept for a museum. Offhand, I can think of some other items for display:

New Coke
The Edsel (along with the Yugo, and Ford Pinto)
Chernobyl
Digital audio tape
The captain of the Exxon-Valdez
Cold fusion
The movie Gigli
Challenger space shuttle O-rings
Thalidomide
The US Football League (also a Trump enterprise, IIRC)
BP Deepwater Horizon oil rig

I'm sure there are many, many others. This would be a good topic for a separate thread.
