Of course, some will say that he's not really lying, that it doesn't count if he simply says anything that comes to his head without regards to whether it is actually true, objectively true or not. Some will say that reckless disregard for the truth isn't a lie, if he didn't know for a fact that it was a lie, and, after all, what are "facts" any way?

He said groceries not beer or wine. Beer and wine are NOT groceries, no matter how badly people want them to be.

...maybe Trump was equating purchasing alcoholic beverages with groceries. Although, there still may be some states where alcohol is not sold in grocery stores...

Yeah, I stopped at a grocery store today to pick up bread. I didn't offer to show them my ID and surreptitiously paid for my bread and left while being completely unidentified, like a total shopping ninja.
