Once cast there is no way to trace a ballot back to a specific voter.

Is this the next legal strategy, challenge the practice of secret ballots?
You had Republican observers illegally blocked from properly observing
and you had rules put in place 60 days, 90 days before the election by Democrats, whether by an Attorney General or a Governor, in order to circumvent the law. The violations of law are numerous and of great severity and if the legal and legal-only votes cannot be verified it is only fair not to award the election to those who cheated.

Well, we can forget about it anyway. Sidney Powell concocted that conspiracy theory and Trump just fired her for it.

Both parties always have a representative to observe and confirm the validity of the vote ...

Oh, really? Wow.

What rules? And who put them in place? Pray, tell.

That looks a lot like flaming or goading, it is also not a positive or respectful refection on Jesus, maybe an edit would be a good idea

Flaming is posting false claim after false claim like Erik Nelson has been doing.

You also appear to have misinterpreted at least some of Neogaia's comments. He wasn't commenting on Jesus in the least.

Really. Well let's take a sample of the ballots and ask the particular voters if they would be willing to verify that's who each really voted for. Let the Republicans pick the district.

Secret ballots? What secret ballots?

Those corrupt Democrats just couldn't decide which way to cheat, so they did them all!

If they switched votes using machines, they wouldn't need to block poll watchers, cure ballots, or what have you.

You keep on throwing garbage at the wall, just trying to get any of it to stick.

They're supposed to do that before they hand the paper ballot to the poll worker. It's half the point of printing out a hard copy - the other half being the ability to compare electronic totals to the printouts and confirm that no one modified the data or forgot to upload the contents of a flash drive. Ballots are not able to be traced back to "particular voters" because one of the principles of voting in this country is that ballots are secret. Election databases will record that you voted, but who you voted for is never tied to your identity.

This right here is why you guys keep tumbling straight into conspiracy theory territory. You start off with a single claim, and then as that claim is pointed out to not make any sense, there has to be a new claim that explains away the discrepancies. Before long your claim has turned into a dozen claims, each as wild as the first.

That isn't true they were kept at the same distance Dems. and Indep. were. The Trump lawyers admitted in court that they were able to observe.

You are misinformed. The supposed "admission" was that observers were in the room--the press can be tricky. A real tell as to the truth is that Republicans were able to get a court order to get them within ten feet--but the sheriff's office wouldn't enforce it. Obviously they got the court order because they were further away than ten feet. I
People have filed sworn affidavits, under penalty of perjury--that can get them five years in prison for making a false statement. What I've seen is quite matter of fact.

The court order let all the observers within 6". They gained 4". They had agreed to obey the covid-19 rules. If they didn't want to do that they shouldn't have been there. They agreed to wear masks and not to touch the electors, ballots, computers, etc.

EDIT: adding sources
A Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court judge overturned a lower court ruling and ruled that election observers can stand “within six feet” of the vote counting process, after the Trump campaign had accused election officials of “hiding the ballot counting and processing from our Republican poll observers” by forcing them to stand further away.

The US states say the election was conducted just fine...

The Democratic Controlled States? The States with oppressive Democrat Governors? The States that are AGAINST the current President? The States that WANT and NEED Joe Biden to win at any cost? Those States?

I just checked the United States Constitution, the Law of the land, and couldn’t find the Covid-19 clause.

IIRC, a higher court later overturned THAT, pointing out that the law does not specify distance the observers need to be at and local election officials can, generally, make the distance rules as they see fit. But by that point it was mostly moot since the counting was already mostly completed, but it keeps the "WE WEREN'T ALLOWED CLOSE ENOUGH" from being used as an argument in litigation to overturn ballots or whatever.

Yep... and the others, too... for good measure.

The US Constitution doesn't comment on state election laws. Every state makes their own determinations about what they need to do.
