Does something like this speak to a person's character?

I love children. Babies especially. I love babies...ant kind. I am a very relaxed personality dn when I come across crying babies I love helping them calm while the frazzled parent gets a break.
So yes I have a bias.

But I look at these two men and how they handle a crying baby and to me, it does speak to their character and values.

Trump isn't always against children. However, his first thought was to call the little one a 'construction worker'. Then he says the baby is an 'early trump fan'. It is always about him.

Politicians have been putting their dirty hands on babies forever, and I just can't properly judge their character based on handling a baby. However, in trump's case here, he does reveal his self-absorbed character.

Has anyone here ever seen the movie The Dead Zone with Christopher Walken? There is a scene at the end of a politician favored to win the Presidency used a baby as a shield against a would be assassin, That video of the ex-President looked eerily of that scene imho.
