The same. "Heal me, LORD, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise." (Jereiah17:14)
Also, why do WOF person age?
Because we are still flesh and look forward to when we will be Glorified: "My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, because he also is flesh; nevertheless his days shall be one hundred and twenty years." (Genesis 6:3)

"When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come to pass: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.” (1Cor15:54)

Jereiah17 and does not answer the question.

I have no idea how your second set of quotes relates.

Is not aging a form of disease?

One can get saved, and also receive everything else (in need)... that's already been provided for in the finished works of Christ.... whether it's health, prosperity, and the promises in His Word. It's not so much as how big, or how small your faith is. It's more about the boatload of "unbelief" we carry around. Jesus said that faith the size of a mustard seed could remove any mountain that comes against you... and that nothing will be impossible to you. Matthew 17:20.

We need to (renew our minds) with the Word of God (Romans 10:17), and to starve any unbelief by speaking the Word of God. We do not have to get sick to die. We can go peaceably with old age. With that being said... we can have our minds renewed with God's Word and walk in good health even as our outward man is perishing.

Everything in the Bible you have to go back to the beginning. So we have to go back to the story of Adam and Eve. Also we need to look at the story of Noah and the flood. Before the flood people lived to be 1,000 years of age. After the flood people only could live to be 120. So aging must have been introduced at that time, after the flood. The day will come with we will be resurrected and God will rise us up. So we will no longer age. Earth will become as Heaven is. For the most part though science does not know the cause of aging. So you are asking a question that we do not really know the answer to. Although God has all the solutions and all the answers so we need to continue to seek God for wisdom, knowledge and understanding.

Romans 8:20-25 J.B. Phillips New Testament (PHILLIPS)
Present distress is temporary and negligible
18-21 In my opinion whatever we may have to go through now is less than nothing compared with the magnificent future God has planned for us. The whole creation is on tiptoe to see the wonderful sight of the sons of God coming into their own. The world of creation cannot as yet see reality, not because it chooses to be blind, but because in God’s purpose it has been so limited—yet it has been given hope. And the hope is that in the end the whole of created life will be rescued from the tyranny of change and decay, and have its share in that magnificent liberty which can only belong to the children of God!

22-25 It is plain to anyone with eyes to see that at the present time all created life groans in a sort of universal travail. And it is plain, too, that we who have a foretaste of the Spirit are in a state of painful tension, while we wait for that redemption of our bodies which will mean that at last we have realised our full sonship in him. We were saved by this hope, but in our moments of impatience let us remember that hope always means waiting for something that we haven’t yet got. But if we hope for something we cannot see, then we must settle down to wait for it in patience.
