Does God's word consider Benny Hinn False?

I only ask this, because we all know that God can use even misguided people to do work through. Just read 1st romans....in any case, I was just wondering if it could be possible that some of those people were in fact ill and have in fact been healed, though alot probably were not. your thoughts?
