CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

oh yeah he does..he tells Job to grab a hold of his underwear because he is gonna question him..then proceeds to deal out some major sarcasum. I would have soiled my pants too hahahaha....
God does have a great sence of humor..for example, why would he make passing gas so its hard to conceil..because people get a good chuckle out of it..or men to anyway...

He certainly does indeed, using my unsaved, cynical dad to bring me a great uplifting Christian book. (dad bought it prolly coz it's an end time book).
anyway, i was in pretty dry water till the book came.(accidentally came across it too as it was sitting on the table collecting dust!)

As a parent I laugh daily about some of the things my kids say and do. I wonder if the things I say and do seem Humorous to God.

I did a search of scripture of when God laughs. The only passages I can find is when someone has pride and is in the process of being humbled. Some people can laugh at themselves freely, because they do not mind being humbled. Others have a problem with it. They are a bit more sensitive. Thanks, JohnR7
