Spirit as in breath of God? - Yes
Spirit as in immortal immaterial essence inhabiting their fleshly "shell" - no
Does these scriptures conclude that man has no spirit?
Pro 18:14The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear?
Psa 32:2Blessed [is] the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit [there is] no guile.
Pro 20:27 The spirit of man [is] the candle of the LORD, searching all the inward parts of the belly.
Ecc 3:21Who knoweth the spirit of man that goeth upward, and the spirit of the beast that goeth downward to the earth?
Ecc 8:8[There is] no man that hath power over the spirit to retain the spirit; neither [hath he] power in the day of death: and [there is] no discharge in [that] war; neither shall wickedness deliver those that are given to it.
Zec 12:1¶The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.
1Cr 2:11For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
Figure of speech. No different than the bible speaking of hearts of stone.
why don't you believe unbelievers have a spirit, if not even an evil spirit?

I'm assuming that you believe in direct translation to Heaven after death. Maybe you can tell us why the dead are resurrected when Jesus comes and how it works that the wicked are judged after the 1000 years? Do they go to a place of waiting, like the Catholic purgatory? Or do the wicked and the righteous live together in Heaven til the judgement is finished?

I think that this kind of believe states the soul will go to heaven while the body is in the ground only to be reconciled with the soul at the resurrection...
God's word say; "The God who stretched out the heavens and layed out the earth and formed the spirit of man within man."It is. And you're right. Hopefully others will read and apply God's word to wisdom...and not the traditions of man (I added on that last part)

You say: "It's a figure of speech" ... tradition of man.

NKJV - Num 16:22 -Then they fell on their faces, and said, "O God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin, and You be angry with all the congregation?"
This pray cause God to change His judgment from destroying all the people to destroying only those who rebelled.
Num 27:16Let the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation,
Can we say that Moses who wrote Genesis, claims that all flesh has a spirit?
For that to work though, one would have to explain how man received an immortal soul. This is not what scripture teaches. If your soul is really who you are, and your flesh is simply a container, then you have immortality already. Wouldn't you agree?
