There's a song I've heard and I loved it so dearly but i cannot find it... here's how a little bit of it goes:

"There's somebody out their with His arms open wide" can't remember this part then it goes "to dry the tears from your eyes," forgot "to carry the burdens you bear, when you don't have a prayer, there's somebody out there"

Does anyone know this song?
