  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

In November I may be getting a standard poodle.

Its been a long time in coming - my looking for a good breeder, and searching for show prospects.

A litter has been born from a champion bloodline - 3 apricots and one chocolate.

All males, and the chocolate spoken for - the breeder didnt realize I was on a list as well as another lady for a chocolate so I don't know who may get him. Instead, I may have to meet the pups a few times to see if I really want him for his personality and posture, or if another will fit the bill.

It'll be my first poodle, but I have a friend that has three and two of them are awesome. The other is very grumpy in her old age.

Nothing is definant yet, but I am excited!

I had a toy poodle (cream coloured) since I was 4 and she had to be put to sleep when i moved away to university. I felt horrible that i wasn't there, but at the same time I wouldn't be able to handle seeing her in pain.

that's the problem with loving an animal so much, it's so hard when they are sick etc.

but on the plus side, she made my days very happy, and she could tell when I was upset and always sat on my lap and licked my face if I was crying
