Does anybody else sense the big change?

I also feel like something is going to happen soon, but I don't know when 'soon' is.

I've heard everything from the end being 06/06/06, 2012~2013, etc. What one thing I have noticed on is that most sources say it will end "in less than 35 years".

I've been trying to bring my family, and my fiancée both back to the Lord, and I'm waiting to see if my friend will become Christian.

Has anyone read Revelation recently and stopped to think what these flame spitting things with hair like women - has anyone applied their shapes to anything modern? If not, I think we should start.

Actually it's suppose to be some time in December with the whole 2012 paranoia, but like I said, DON'T FEAR A DATE. The Bible says nothing about the date 666 meaning harm, just the number of the beast and the mark he/she will give on your forehead or hand.

Remember guys, the beast is a jaguar, but I don't think it's the car compnay. > A jaguar perfectly fits the discription of an animal that resembles a leopard, the paws of a bear and the jaws of a lion. How else would someone describe an animal on the other side of the world without using those on his side?

Revelations speaks of atamic bombs (lightning and thunder at the same time that sucks up space like a vaccuum, moves islands and mountains and causes the leaders of the world to hide in caves. That's not a giant thunderstorm people, God revealed to these people thousands of years ago today's technology) and great machinery in a form of nature to best describe, so the thing with the hair like women could be technology not invented yet. Sounds like it COULD be wires running from the machines?

Yes, I'm sensing a hugh revival of the power of the holy spirit coming, unlike anything we know from history.

If anything, I feel the exact opposite. My sentiments are more like the person in post No. 2.

Yes.... It is very strange why some people feel excitment and others sadness...

Its something I will have to pray about.

Though not at the same time...it alternates. Some days I feel the sadness, and some days I feel the joy.

Perhaps there is cause for both.

I feel deep sadness , and fear for those who will remain and for whats coming on the earth ,like ive never felt before . I am so glad others are talking about it , because ive felt so wrong and guilty in my spirit for feeling so sad when our redemption draws so close, but there are so many lost , so many sleeping , unaware and they are getting harder and harder to reach ... its hard to feel joyous knowing so many are lost and will be lost forever ...

I hate to sound negative...but I see threads like this all time, year after year and nothing happens...so I don't know if its just one person saying they sense something and everyone else then says so too or what...its rather confusing to see things like this then nothing changing.

I also see the posts from people saying they sense a great revial about to happen...this isn't in the bible as far as the end times are concerned....in fact it says the opposite...which I DO see...and have been for quiet some time now. People losing faith and turning away from God. Its actually pretty awful...

Its like every time there is a war starting or going on people throw out the verse where Jesus said, there would be wars and rumors of wars...well that has always been going on ...its nothing new. I think it gets misapplied to mean ANY war ANYWHERE, when Jesus was refering to His own land during THAT generation only. oh well...

Anyway sorry if I offended anyone just stating facts.

You are so right whitestar. I dont think we really know what is happening. We tend to jump to so many conclusions. I think if the Lord had something for us and wanted to use us then I am sure we would know about it.

Years ago in the Spirit I saw a ripened wheat field that was white crackling & very ready for harvest. But not sure of the time period for it bcause that was about 8years ago.
& just recently Humblebee helped me interpret a very scary dream I had.
It was a beautiful day & some friends & I were walking through this nice neighborhood. All the sudden this horrible black haze rolled in & I said in my dream "the day of judgment has come" & I awoke.
We felt the Spirit was saying that so many are simply aquainted with God & don't know Him & salvation or have a personal relationship with their Creator.
They are coasting through life...It's like the scrpt that says He will come like a their in the nite. That message was truely sobering for me.

Im supposin' we are all getting different parts of His direction & guidance on the times we live in.

& we need to be conscious of respecting one another. The Lord is just working at using the whole body not just a select few.

This post turned into something else than the topic I presented but let the people go with the flow. Yeah, every year someone posts "the end is near!" and it's not, it's happened in history before the internet, but I clearly posted in the first post I was NOT talking about the end of the world, yet it just seems to have gone that way. I also encourage people to not DATE these things because they always end up dissapointed.

In the past six or so months, I have felt nothing but pure joy and anticipation in my spirit. Joy of being a Child of the Most High God! I have never in my life experienced this type of joy before.

I too am feeling this pure joy that I know comes only from God by the power of the Holy Spirit, and I am hearing this from more and more Christian brothers and sisters who have taken decided leaps of faith in spiritual formation.

I don't predict anything except continued joy and peace, even counting for joy any trial and tribulations that come as God continues to perfect that which He has commenced in us through His Son, Jesus Christ!

There are times when I too feel great sorrow, Ajax.

So I wanted to clarify that sorrow if I'm able. I feel Godly sorrow over the hurting and the lost, over my own sinfulness, and over the price Jesus paid to make me free. Sometimes, I actually weep as I pray. But the sorrow is never comsuming, nor does it last very long, and when I talk to God about it, it somehow dissolves and He gives me peace and joy that is truly indescribable. And that peace and joy rules, it gives me courage and confidence to face the next sorrow as perhaps the cleansing of my heart and soul. There I'm thinking about the "Clean heart principle" from David, which I've prayed about over the past few years. Create in me a clean heart O Lord. I guess to do that, He makes me see any uncleanness in my heart (or apply uncleanness I see elsewhere to my own heart).

I've always prayed for God to circumcise my heart, and the hearts of my children, to love Him more. (Deut 30:6)

Deuteronomy 30:5-8 (KJV) 5 And the LORD thy God will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers. 6 And the LORD thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live. 7 And the LORD thy God will put all these curses upon thine enemies, and on them that hate thee, which persecuted thee. 8 And thou shalt return and obey the voice of the LORD, and do all his commandments which I command thee this day.

I didn't realize when I started this petition drive, that the cutting would cause such sorrow, but I KNOW that the healing brings far more glory than even my creative mind could imagine. And from the glory He's given me, and the more glory that is promised, I count the sorrow for joy.

As my daughter says, ONE TWO THREE (we're counting it for joy), when I remind her to glory in her tribulations.

I've been reading about travail in the Holy Spirit this week, and I think this might be some of what's going on. More on that later, God willing.
