I don't believe that doctors join the profession for the money. I honestly believe that most want to help others. I think it has more to do with stress and depression. Are they healing doctors or pill pushers? No one is healed; just the medication is increased. Some change careers to functional medicine for job satisfaction.
I'm not too sure about this, but I think reporting depression might affect licensing.
