Oh and how do you know if you hve been blessed (and by whom?) except from your scale?

Ok first the blessings come from others and from starting new threads. Others get theirs from other people. The blessings start at the moderators; they are free to give away as many as they want; I guess you could say they have a bottomless pit of them. You cannot find out who has blessed you or how much they gave you. So if you get 2000 blessings you could have gotten it from 1 person or 2000 people. You do not know. Hope this helps.
