Even after one has accepted Jesus .... they will sin .... will be made aware of it by the Holy Spirit when they do .... and He will help one overcome it .... again we are not made perfect (without sin) in Him until He returns and He gives us a new body and a totally cleansed spirit.

Again ..... are you perfect? Never sin?

Since I've already been forgiven for my sins and now live as a perfect child of God it doesn't matter if I sin or not.

I'm honest and recognize that me ... and no one else is yet perfected. His total plan for the saved unfolds when He returns.

How do you know that you are forgiven?

Because the Bible clearly says that my sins (and everyone else's) have been "paid for" by Jesus' death-sacrifice on the cross. It's perhaps the fundamental basis of Christianity.
