Remember the day you got saved and the days following you were happy and felt peacefulness in your heart. The reason, because you had made peace with God through the Lord Jesus Christ. There was no more war between you and God. That war ended when Jesus came into your heart. That is Happiness every Moment of the Day.
From the day, you got saved that peace has not left you. You may say you do not feel that peace now, there must be a reason you to feel that.
You may be thinking Jesus was just talking to the disciples only, when He said My Peace, I leave with you. The peace Jesus left His disciple, is the same we get when we get saved.
Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have the peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
The word peace here means the same thing as the peace Jesus left the disciples. The reason I am saying the word peace here, because the word peace has different meaning in scriptures,because of the way, it is translated from Greek into English.
The scriptures I have been using with peace are: eirene - Peace. I posted the meaning at the bottom of page so you can refer to it. And it would be good to learn the meaning of eirene - peace because that is what you, and I have in Jesus. We do not earn it. It is the gift of God.
Remember when you first got saved you were justified. Since that day, you have never been unjustified. And because of that we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Every moment of the day, and that is real happiness.
We should remind ourselves every day of our life about the cross of JESUS. He paid the price for our peace with His blood. We have this glorious wonderful peace that Jesus gave us, and it was the same kind of peace Jesus had when He walked on the earth. We can have tranquility in the storms just like Jesus did, because we have His peace. Therefore, we can be happy every moment of the day.
Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
Let the peace of God rule - be the king of your heart today. If you have a choice to make let God's peace be the deciding factor.
Example: if you are going out to buy a car if you feel the peace of God make the deal. If you are not sure, should you are should you not. That is the answer not to make the deal.That goes for anything we do or any choice we have to make. Is Jesus's tranquility ruling in our heart when we make a choice to do anything?
The peace Jesus gave us: It Gives the exemption from the rage and havoc of war. That is, we should not have any wars in our minds about any choice we make. Jesus said, not to let our heart be troubled to cause one inward commotion.
It is the devil that will cause wars to happen and try to make us think we do not have that kind of peace, but the devil is a liar. It is the devil that will tell you that you are not justified, and if he can make you think you are not justified, then he will make you think you do not have the peace of Jesus.
Tell the devil, Jesus said, He would never take His peace away. Neither will Jesus ever take back from being justified. Jesus paid for our justification and peace with His blood.
Jesus said:
John 14:1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth,
Learn the meaning of the peace that Jesus gave us.

1) a state of national tranquillity
a) exemption from the rage and havoc of war
2) peace between individuals, i.e. harmony, concord
3) security, safety, prosperity, felicity, (because peace and harmony make and keep things safe and prosperous)
4) of the Messiah's peace
a) the way that leads to peace (salvation)
5) of Christianity, the tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and content with its earthly lot, of whatsoever sort that is
6) the blessed state of devout and upright men after death
