Anybody remember the disc players? (instead of the VCR) How you had to insert the plastic movie jacket into player to get the disc in the player, and then you even had to flip the disc over half way through the movie.

We bought one of those when they very first came out. It didn't work right, so we got a VCR instead. I kept that VCR for over 20 years. It never stopped working, it was just sooooo old and out-dated.
