  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Do you remember? (another nostalgia thread)

But the Snorks were such a blatant Smurfs rip-off! Of course, that didn't stop me from watching them either.

Oh! Here's another show; remember that show about the robot little girl who always wore that red dress and had the annoying neighbor Mrs. Poole (who was also the secretary in Ferris Bueller's Day Off). I think it was called Small Wonder. I used to love that!

Anyone here remember a comedy show called "Haywire"? My favorite part involved an over the top kung-fu fighter named Billy Kwan (sp).

He would say things like:
"You, Trickster! Your attempt at humor has offended my sister. Prepare to die!"

and fight with rubber chickens etc.

I remember when a there were no red or blue m&m's in the bag, and there were lots of tan-colored ones. (Nowadays you can get them in custom colors though)

And Hubba Bubba bubble gum. I think that's the kind that didn't stick to your face when the bubble popped
