CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I picked no, but I have an interest in paintball.

I've played before, but I prefer shooting real weapons. Going to the gun range provides more relaxtion and more of a rush at the same time.

used to play but left the game behind. shot my bro in the neck on accident one time and it wasnt pretty. i think i stopped playing after that.

I am a nine-year veteran of the game. I've had some nasty hits that I've taken, but it was either my own foolishness that caused it, or the fact that someone wasn't playing by the rules and was promptly ejected from the field. I'm looking to start a paintball team at the church I'll be attending after I love in a few months.

No, and unless it was cheap and a group activity, I have no interest in it, like I'd never get into it as a hobby.

I've been invited in the past but turned it down every time, I don't see the "fun" in the idea I suppose of shooting each other with paint

I've played a couple of times. My first time was a camp and there were only two girls that played, it was quite fun. I got a good laugh because of the bruises later, I had one on my shoulder and I went swimming later that day, I had a couple girls ask what happened, they were so shocked when I told them, they couldn't believe a girl would play.
I've only gone one other time since then, it's fun but I never really have a chance to play. If a group of my friends were going I'd so be in. I'd quite the outdoorsy type.

It's just me, always has been, always will be.
I have played and it was fun, although I Was the only girl with like 20 guys. And I got a bad concussion because one of the guys on the other team hit me from like two feet away in the head.
But i didnt stop!!! I got a few good welts! It was fun though! Eventhough I was like the prime target!

yuh i got hit in the head too last time and got a welt....heh....i was also the only girl after the first couple rounds the other girls all decided to sit out and watch....pansies

LOL! I was the only girl period. There were no others that even ventured to the paintball field. Actually I dont think they invited any others. It was with like all my guy friends so I couldnt say no! And the concussion got so bad that I was throwing up all the rest of the day.

I've actually played once, but it was just a formal thing with no real rules. I wish I could afford to get into and that there was more of a following for it in this area.
