First of all I'd like to say hi and a big God bless to y'all since I just got my account activated here. :p

Alright, so I was wondering if any of you highlight your Bible? Personally, I do, whenever I find a verse I like or a verse that I feel will be useful later on, I usually highlight it.
Maybe instead of highlighting it you like to write it down somewhere? Idk, I do that too. :p
I find it to be great to highlight scripture while studying it. So yea, I'd like to hear wheter you guys highlight your Bibles or not.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with y'all.

Yes, I do. I read the Bible from my iPad, so I can highlight verses and add notes to them without causing any damage to the pages.

Oh, and welcome to the forums, SweetlyBroken97! Yay! We need more teens here. :)

Sometimes. It depends on how thick the pages in the Bible I'm using are, because one of the Bibles I have has pretty thin pages so highlighting/underlining would either tear the page or leave marks for several pages. If the pages are thick enough I will though.

That surely comes in handy! No damage to the pages or fear of screwing up what you're highlighting, ah ha. And thank you!

I would like to start doing that. The YOU MAY NOT WRITE IN BOOKS mentality is still first and foremost in my head... but it makes sense to highlight verses, lol.
Maybe you could get a separate Bible for highlighting and writing :p I began writing notes and underlining verses in an old-ish Bible I had. That's the one I use for Bible study and such. :)

True! That's one of the reasons I began using crayons and/or coloured pencils to mark my Bible, that way I make less of a mess than if I were to use markers :) Coloured pens have also worked for me :p
